So when The Sweetness of Water popped up I looked it up and immediately put it on hold! It’s also on Obama’s summer reading list!

I started the audio (thank you @over ) yesterday and I am loving it! Post-civil war time is a period I’ve read a few books about and one of my favorites, Freeman by Leonard Pitts, Jr. is one I recommend often. Looking forward to continuing to read this one.
