“Ill survive this. Ill live. But theres a hole in me, never to be filled. Maybe thats why people die of old age. Maybe we could live forever if we didnt love so completely. But we do. And by the time old age comes, were filled with holes, so many that its too hard to breathe. So many that our insides arent even ours anymore. Were just one big empty space, waiting to be filled by the darkness. Waiting to be free.”
Summary - A love story, a trage and an infectious teenage fever dream about what home means when you feel you don’t fit in. A brilliant, unforgettable, and heart-wrenching contemporary YA novel about family and forgiveness, love and loss, in a sweeping story that crosses generations and continents.
All My Rage was devastating. These characters lept off the page and I could feel their pain. The audio had alternating narrators and both did an absolute amazing job. This one totally lived up to the hype!
I hit the literary jackpot for this book. I had the physical book from @pegui teen, the amazing audio ALC from @lib , AND a book club kit from @net that contained bookmarks, a letter from the author, recipes, discussion questions (which I especially appreciated because when I host books I usually come up with my own), and more! Thank you to all, what an experience this made.
